Palletizing Systems

Conventional & robotic palletizing with concurrent stretch wrapping

About the Manufacturer

Company Overview

We provide conventional and robotic palletizers engineered for true 24/7 operation. The range runs from the smallest-footprint compact machines through high-speed, upper-infeed systems and hybrid robotic cells — specified to your rates, products, and floor space, and installed and supported by Star Packaging.

The standout capability is concurrent stretch wrapping: the load is stretch-wrapped while it's being built, layer by layer, instead of being conveyed to a separate wrapper afterward. That means a more stable load, less film, and one machine's footprint doing two machines' work. Row-forming infeeds handle corrugated cases, trays, and shrink bundles without changeover, and a four-sided layer clamp squares and centers every completed layer before it's placed — the difference between pallets that survive the truck and pallets that don't.

Equipment & Product Lines

Low Infeed Palletizers

Floor-level infeed, row-forming machines with easy operator access — cases, trays, and shrink bundles without changeover.

High Infeed Palletizers

Upper-level infeed for the highest conventional speeds, with concurrent stretch wrapping available.

Compact Palletizers

Smallest-footprint fully automatic palletizing for plants where floor space is tight.

Hybrid Robotic Palletizers

Robotic cells that both palletize and depalletize — cases, bags, bundles, and trays in one machine.

Concurrent Stretch Wrapping

Integrated wrapping that wraps the load during the build — stability, film savings, and floor space in one option.

Pallet Dispensers & Load Handling

Automatic pallet dispensing and load conveyance to complete the cell.

Why This Equipment Wins

FeatureAdvantageBenefit to You
Concurrent stretch wrapping during the buildThe load is wrapped layer-by-layer as it forms, not afterwardTwo machines' work in one footprint — more stable loads, less film, less floor space
Four-sided layer clampEvery completed layer is squared and centered before placementPallets arrive intact — less transit damage, fewer customer claims
Row-forming infeed flexibilityCases, trays, and shrink bundles run without changeoverMulti-SKU lines switch products without losing the shift
Hybrid robotic: palletize + depalletizeOne robotic cell handles both directions of pallet workLines that unload inbound pallets and build outbound ones need one machine, not two
